Inflatable Pool Toys

I grew up on beaches and recently moved to somewhere where there is a lot of snow in the winter. I have a lot of these giant inflatable rafts and such that I’ve used in swimming pools. Do you think I would be able to use them to slide down hills in the snow? Has anyone tried this already?
