The children were so excited to finally arrive at the camp site by the lake!  They had been anticipating this trip for months and now the time had finally arrived!  The family had found this particular camp site last year on their family vacation.  It had been the first time they had gone on a family camping gear trip for summer vacation.  It had been so much fun.  The lake had crystal clear waters and a smooth, sandy beach.  They had enjoyed spending their days swimming, boating, and fishing in the lake.  But this year they were looking forward to having even more fun in the water.

During the school year, the children had worked odd jobs to save their money to buy different things for their family vacation.  They had seen inflatable pool toys in a catalog and decided they would be perfect for taking to the lake.  Each of the children picked out the item they wanted and worked hard to save money to buy it.  Mom and Dad helped them, but most of the money was earned by the children.  Even Mom and Dad picked out something for themselves, saved their money, and bought their favorite item!

Janie and Maria had seen the Coleman Monster Slide and decided that was what they wanted.  It looked like so much fun!  It had a built-in ladder and a large platform.  It even had a cord that could be attached to other Coleman floats and rafts!  Wow!  The girls thought how fun it would be to slide on it while the boys towed it with Dad’s new coleman inflatable river kayak .

Jim and Mike poured over every picture they could find of cool inflatable pool toys.  Then they spotted exactly what they wanted!  They found a water fort they were just sure they couldn’t live without!  Jim and Mike enthusiastically planned out their battle strategies while they saved for it.  The one they were saving for had a hole in the middle for refilling their water guns, their splash bombs and their water balloons.  They had it all figured out how they could ambush their sisters from the protection of their inflatable fort!

Mom decided that she would like to have a floating pool swimming toy .  She thought about how nice it would be to relax in her water lounger, but still be able to keep an eye on the kids.  She could even leave it on the beach and sit in it there!  And like other Coleman inflatable products, it had a cord that could be attached to other inflatable rafts and floats.

Dad decided to buy an inflatable river raft.  He finally found one that the whole family could enjoy.  The kids could hardly wait to get to the lake and try out Dad’s new Four Person Inflatable Raft!  While they planned all kinds of adventures involving that raft, Dad was planning his fishing times with it!

After getting camp all put in order, Dad helped the kids get their new water toys inflated.  When everything was ready, the kids headed for the lake.  They had a marvelous time on their new inflatable pool toys!
